A long trip out into the moors resulted in a few shots, but the lighting let us down. On the way home we past a church with an old disused chapel. The sun came out and we jumped from the car and ran around the grave yard taking shots.
Putting the Sony on the tripod, I set up some shots for HDR. Advice for the novice, ALWAYS use a tripod for HDR shots, saves the wobble factor and shots align perfectly. I wish I had known this from the start.
Converting one or two shots to black and white worked well.
For once I have held back on the HDR effects, which I hope give a better picture.
Shooting details on the fence caused much fun as I spent most of the time battling with the tripod trying to get one leg through the fence.

Think you are improving ?
ReplyDeleteI still have to bond with the tripod x
